He is a Gynecologist and Obstetrician, graduated from School of Medicine of Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo (UASD),  and specialized at  Hospital Aeronautico Central de las Fuerzas Armadas,  in Buenos Aires,  Argentina in 1989.

He recieved training in Infertility,  Breast Patology and Cervical Patology in several institutions in Buenos Aires.

He was the Chief of Gynecology and Obstetrics department at the Ramon de Lara Hospital of the Fuerza Aerea Dominicana and now is the director of Programs in Sexual and reproductive health of the Fuerzas Armadas Dominicanas.

IN UEFIV he performs endoscopic surgery and participates in IVF procedures.

He has his office in Building #2 of Instituto de Maternidad San Rafael,  2nd floor.
He gives attention  from 7:30 to 9:30 at morning and from 4:00 to 7:00 in the afternoon.
